- This section states the terms and conditions under which you may use PartTimeJobs. If you do not accept the terms and/or conditions stated here, do not use this service. By using this service, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein to refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this service for any reason. The term “Service” as used herein refers to the website solution and/or the mobile solution that make up the PartTimeJobs solution.

- in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others;

- All rights in/to the content of this website are reserved and retained by the owners of such rights. Users of this website are not granted a license or any other right including without limitation under Copyright, Trade Mark, Patent or Intellectual Property Rights in/or to the content.
- Security Rules
- Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, but without limitation:
- accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access;

Privacy Policy
Information Collection & Use- PartTimeJobs is the sole owner of the information collected through this service. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
- Advertiser Information
- In order to submit a job advert through this service, the Advertiser must complete an online form. Along with the advert details the form also asks for:
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- These details are used by the Job Seekers to contact the Advertiser.
- Company Name (or Contact Name if not a company)
- Email Address
- Billing Address
- Address
- VAT number (optional)
- These details are used by PartTimeJobs for accounting purposes and to send the Advertiser a valid Tax invoice. Advertiser information is stored by PartTimeJobs for no longer than required by legislation.
- Job Seeker Information
- In order for PartTimeJobs to send sms alerts to the Job Seeker, PartTimeJobs needs to collect the subscribing mobile number. No personally identifiable information other than the mobile phone number is recorded. Job Seeker information is stored for no longer than required by legislation.
- Communications for Advertisers
- When an Advertiser has successfully posted a job advert, PartTimeJobs will send a confirmation email. The email serves as confirmation that the advert has been placed and contains the Tax invoice.When the job advert expires PartTimeJobs will send an email to the Advertiser with a link in it to renew the advert. A payment is required to renew the advert at the standard full rate.
- Once an advert has been successfully placed on the website, the Advertiser accepts that they may be contacted by potential Job Seekers. PartTimeJobs does not guarantee the quality or quantity of responses the Advertiser may receive.
- PartTimeJobs may use your information to contact you about promotions and services. You are entitled, at any stage, to opt out of this service, by clicking on the "opt out" option on the email correspondence. From time to time we may send out critical service announcements. Users are not able to unsubscribe from critical service announcements, which contain important information about the service.
- Communications for Job Seekers
- Once a Job Seeker has successfully subscribed to the service, PartTimeJobs will send a confirmation sms. From then on whenever a job is submitted into the system that matches the Job Seekers requirements, PartTimeJobs will send the Job Seeker a sms with the details of the matching advert. A maximum of 10 sms's will be sent per subscription before the Job Seeker has to subscribe again. PartTimeJobs does not guarantee a minimum number of responses the Job Seeker will receive.
- Choice/Opt Out
- Advertisers who no longer want their advert to be live on the system may remove the advert by clicking on the cancel link in the confirmation email or by contacting Client Services on +27 21 818 8607.
- Cookies
- A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie terminates.
- We use a third-party tracking service Google Analytics that uses cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate for usage and volume statistics to report on site traffic statistics. The Google Analytics Measurement Technology is used only for the collection of anonymous web site traffic statistics.
- Some of our business partners (e.g. Advertisers) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies.
- This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by this site and Google Analytics only and does not cover the use of cookies by any Advertisers.
- Log Files
- We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
- Sharing
- We sometimes share aggregated demographic information with our partners and Advertisers. This is not linked to personally identifiable information.
- PartTimeJobs also partners with third parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. We will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual users to third parties, except as described in this privacy statement, or to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property of PartTimeJobs and its partner sites.
- PartTimeJobs maintains relationships with outside service providers for some of the services offered through our site, for example Virtual Card Services (VCS).
- The information these providers make available may be presented in a "framed" format, where the PartTimeJobs border will surround the pages served by the service provider, or where pages have the look and feel of PartTimeJobs. In either case, the service provider is prominently identified. Please be aware that any information you provide on those framed pages is provided directly to those service providers and is subject to their security and privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these outside service providers because their privacy practices may differ from ours.

- This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that PartTimeJobs is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on pages of this site.
- Security
- This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information online. When asked to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), it is encrypted and is protected with secure sockets layer (SSL). We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email.
- Correcting/Updating Personal Information
- PartTimeJobs also do everything in their power to protect user information offline. Access to all of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our Client Service Manager) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment, in an access controlled locked room. If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as their email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal details provided to us. This can be done from by emailing our Client Service Manager at clientservices@parttimejobs.co.za
