Job Adverts
  1. Unless stated otherwise, the job adverts will remain live on the system for thirty (30) days only.
  2. The advertiser is not allowed to use words which may be offensive to the general public.
  3. The advertiser is only allowed to place job adverts if they are for legitimate jobs. Adverts for any other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to jobs, are not allowed.
  4. PartTimeJobs reserves the right to remove any job advert that does not comply with the Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Payment
  1. Payment via credit card is handled by a Third Party, and payment related communication may be sent to the advertiser from the Third Party.
  2. All invoicing and other payment related communication will be sent to the advertiser from PartTimeJobs.
  3. The advertiser's job advert will only be activated if payment was successful.
  4. PartTimeJobs reserves the right to remove any advert that does not comply with the Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Job Responses
  1. The advertiser agrees to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to a job advert, and not do anything which may bring PartTimeJobs into disrepute.
  2. The advertiser indemnifies PartTimeJobs from and against any claim brought by an individual against PartTimeJobs arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
  3. We do not guarantee any response to the job adverts published or that responses will be from suitable individuals. 
  4. Once a job advert is live you will be unable to make any changes to it. If you would like to change the details of the advert please call Client Services on 021 818-8607.
Disclaimer
  1. The advertiser indemnifies PartTimeJobs against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by PartTimeJobs as a result of the listing or intended listing of any job ad by that advertiser.
