What is PartTimeJobs?

PartTimeJobs matches Advertisers to Job Seekers looking for part time work! The jobs in the system are classified by region and job type (eg. Cape Town Restaurant/Bar, Johannesburg Event/Promotion). When jobs are added to the website by an Advertiser an sms is immediately sent out to all the Job Seekers who have subscribed to receive sms job alerts for their chosen region and job type.

Find a Job

Job Seekers find part time jobs through an sms subscription. Simply select the region and job type then generate the subscription code, then sms the unique code to 39977 and you’re subscribed! The sms crunching machine will now deliver 10 sms job alerts to your mobile phone, matching the region and job type selected. At the end of the subscription, you are able to resubscribe. You are also able to have more than one subscription, for different regions and/or job types. All jobs are delivered with a contact name and number – when a suitable job is delivered, simply make contact with the Advertiser!

Post a Job

Advertising a part time job could not be easier. Simply post your job in our easy, one-page online form, and pay for it (online or offline). Once payment has been made, your part time job will be broadcast through sms to all the Job Seekers who have subscribed to the same region and job type as your advert. If you do not find suitable people, you are able to repost your advert online. Should a suitable Job Seeker contact you, you are able to cancel the advert online (via an email sent upon activation or by contacting Client Services) with immediate effect.
